UFR: Trojans, No-Nos, and Oops 7

Unlike the rest of us, Carlos Zambrano likes coming back to work after a 2-week vacation…Brandon Marshall has 3 times as many catches as Jamarcus Russell has completions…The Red Sox and Phillies make pushes to play in October…5 Top-25 College Football Teams lose…all the biceps in the world can’t make up for Ed Hochuli’s blown call against the Chargers…Miss. St. scores 2 and gets beaten by 1, UCLA scores 0 and gets beaten by 59…and Mike Shanahan cares not for your “play for overtime at home” rule…

So what did you watch? How did your teams fare? Could USC give the Miami Dolphins a game?

Upon Further Review, what’s your take on the sports weekend that was?

Living in Milwaukee, it’s nice the Wisconsin has two football teams that still know how to win to help cover up the creeeping despair the Brewers are ushering in.

Bucky got a big win on the road, despite several blown calls/replays.

A-Rod is showing us again and again why we sent Brett to NY. Does anyone still think that was a bad idea?

    GO BIG RED!

    GO PACK GO!

    Please stop losing Brewers!

    Zambrano!

Seriously, are there any MLB teams with a starting top three as good as Zambrano, Ryan Dempster, and Rich Harden?

growing up in colorado the only thing i hate more than the broncos are the irish. Why did that game feel like army/navy…anyway, I don’t think usc could beat the dolphins but if j.t. o’sullivan can beat the seahawks than i know pete carroll can.

Well as an fanatical Ohio State fan I have come to a realization. The big ten can no longer compete with the elite teams in the country. That being said, I think the future of the Bucks is changing. It is going to require a revamping of the style of football and quality of athelete we recruit. I think we saw a glimpse of that future when Terrell Pryor entered the game.

    Auburn won 3-2. Yes, 3-2.

I expect we’ll beat LSU 5-4 this Saturday.

I didn’t watch very much sports this weekend. Instead, I had Osenga rock my face off.

But then what I did watch was the Bengals be terrible. I’m done.
